A lot of people don’t like zoos, and we understand that sentiment. Oftentimes, animals don’t look like they’re having too much fun in their cages. But in Singapore’s signature zoo, where a painstakingly cultivated 28-hectare rainforest environment houses over 316 species (many of which are threatened) of animals, children can witness tigers, birds, monkeys, elephants and much more behaving like they would in their original habitat. It’s awe-inspiring, educational and a great option for adults who have been clamoring for a memorable excursion to Asia. See classic movie sets that are still being re-used today, catch a glimpse of your favorite stars on their way to work and be inspired all over again to ask ‘how did they do that?’ Each studio has its own unique style of tour, so make sure to read up on each one beforehand.
