Twilight and Snow White and the Huntsman star Kristen Stewart has placed first on Forbes magazine’s 2012 list of highest-paid actresses in Hollywood.
Stewart, who at age 22 was also the youngest actress featured on the list, raked in $34.5 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

Prince Charles might be set to become the King of Britain, but he played the role of weatherman during a recent visit to BBC Scotland’s head office in Glasgow.
The Prince and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, were touring BBC Scotland’s studios to celebrate the station’s 60th anniversary, when they decided to have a go at presenting the weather, according to The Telegraph.

It’s official! Finally, after eight years and six children together, Hollywood power couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are engaged to be married.
“Yes, it’s confirmed,” Cynthia Pett-Dante, Pitt’s manager, told USA TODAY in a statement. “It is a promise for the future, and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time.”

Welsh gardener Ian Neale has been thrown into the celebrity limelight after American rap star Snoop Dogg appeared on YouTube to pay tribute to his world record-breaking swede.
Snoop posted the 34-second video ahead of his upcoming European tour to congratulate 68-year-old Neale on his 38.8kg rutabaga – a type of yellow turnip known in Britain as a “swede”.

Mr Bean star Rowan Atkinson has been released from hospital after injuring himself in an accident in his McLaren F1.
He is believed to have lost control of the £650,000 supercar when it swiveled off the road and hit a tree before catching fire.
