This year’s Academy Award winner for Best Actress, Sandra Bullock, and her husband of five years, celebrity motorcycle builder and reality TV star, Jesse James, are not looking for divorce lawyers, their representatives have said.
Internet rumours have been rife that Sandra, 45, had been in touch with Hollywood’s top divorce lawyers and Jesse James’ representatives had made approaches in case the multi-award-winning actress filed for divorce following his alleged affair with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee while Bullock was busy filming for her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side.
But Sandra’s rep told celebrity mag People: “Neither she nor her representatives have contacted or shopped around for divorce lawyers.”
Jesse’s rep is also said to have denied the reports were true.
The reports come after Jesse, 40, publicly apologised for the “pain and embarrassment” he caused his wife and his three children.
He told People: “It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.
“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them.”
