Polish supermodel Anja Rubik walked the red carpet at amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS gala in Cannes in a dazzling pair of jewelled high heels.

A collaboration between Giuseppe Zanotti and Chopard, the pink satin heels boasted 22 carats of diamonds, 199 carats of pink sapphires and 134 carats of rubellites – all strung on rose gold chains.

The stilettos, which went on sale five months ago, were created by British jewellery designer Christopher Michael Shellis.

The Eternal Borgezie Diamond Stiletto shoes, created for The House of Borgezie by owner Christopher Michael Shellis, are made entirely from solid gold and encrusted with 2,200 diamonds.
