Twi-hards were out in their masses at The Twilight Saga: Eclipse world premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday night, hoping to get a glimpse of their favourite Twilight actors.
Many fans of the highly successful film franchise had even camped outside LA’s Nokia Theatre three days before the most-anticipated film premiere of the year.
Robert Pattinson wowed fans at the event in his maroon Gucci suit, while Taylor Lautner showed up in a more conservative grey suit, and Kirsten Stewart walked the black carpet in a gorgeous white vintage Elie Saab dress.
Twilight author Stephenie Meyer said she had been heavily involved in turning her book into a movie, spending a lot of late nights on set.
She added she couldn’t quite believe she was behind the huge premiere.
“I really can’t process that. It’s easier to just feel that you’ve snuck into the party, that’s easier,” she laughed.
