Luxury designer Stuart Hughes has done it again. Fresh from creating the world’s most expensive yacht, he has now created the world’s most expensive Rolls-Royce Phantom.
Already considered one of the world’s most luxurious cars, Hughes recently decided to turn the Rolls-Royce Phantom’s luxuriousness up a notch by giving it a few new additions.
The world’s most expensive Rolls-Royce Phantom features 120 kg of 18-carat gold that has been strategically placed across the car. This ultra-luxurious Phantom comes just days after Hughes unveiled his creation The History Supreme, considered to be the world’s most expensive and luxurious yacht.
Hughes’ latest creation is not only built for luxury though, it’s also built for safety. The all-new Rolls-Royce Phantom has state-of-the art security and carries armour that can sustain hits from machine guns and ballistic missiles, with certifications from the Gouvernement Beschussant Muchen, which tested the car’s security features.
This Rolls-Royce Phantom by Stuart Hughes has been designed and developed in collaboration with Eurocash AG, and the gold that was used for its interiors is said to have been moulded in the impression of the parts.
The exclusive Rolls-Royce Phantom was made-to-order for an anonymous businessman in the Gulf region who had to wait almost 18 months for it to be completed – at a whopping price of $8.2 million.
